   Thank you for visiting my website.

    My name is Laura Underwood.  I enjoy reading, sewing, and spending time with my family.  I really love my job as a Mobile Notary/ Notary Signing Agent!

    I started Above the Line Signing in February of 2006.  I was trained by experienced NSAs  who taught me the ins and outs of being a Mobile Notary/Notary Signing Agent. As of December 2007 I have completed over 400 loan packages.  I am experienced in most types of loan packages including, HELOC, Refinance, Refinance with cash out, 1st and 2nds, Home Equity Loan, Purchases, Quit Claim Deeds, Lease Purchases, Reverse Mortgages, SBA, and Non-borrowing Spouse packages.  I have worked with many different lenders and title companies.

   I also do Field Inspections, Merchant site Inspections, Condition Reports, Yard sign installation, Delinquency Notifications, etc.
